Hey CG fans, this week we wanted to give a special shout out to 11 year old Justin, who designed custom birthday tees for his grandfather’s 80th birthday! Below is Justin’s story!<\/p>\n

“I call my grandfather “Nonnyo” because when I was little I couldn’t\u00a0pronounce the Italian for grandfather, Nonno. \u00a0Since I was the first cousin, all 8 of them now call him Nonnyo too. \u00a0This past July Nonnyo turned 80 years old. All my cousins and aunts and uncles planned to gather and celebrate. \u00a0Since Nonnyo had been in and out of the hospital most of June, I wanted to do something special for the celebration. \u00a0My mother said I could design T-shirts for everyone.\u00a0So, I searched around online and found Customized Girl<\/a>. \u00a0That was the\u00a0best website because I needed shirts that fit my aunts, my girl cousin\u00a0and my 3 year old cousin and my 3 month old cousin. \u00a0On the back of\u00a0the shirts it is like a sports jersey and says “Nonnyo’s 80th” with 80\u00a0really big like a sports number. \u00a0On the front is a cupcake with a\u00a0candle so you know it is a birthday. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\nFor Nonnyo’s birthday\u00a0celebration we all secretly put on our shirts and then started coming\u00a0into the room and eventually he caught on that we all were wearing the\u00a0same designed shirts. \u00a0He was thrilled! \u00a0We took a walk to the beach\u00a0and several people asked about and complimented the shirts. \u00a0I was\u00a0thrilled! \u00a0After the birthday, Nonnyo gave me a present because he was\u00a0so happy that I had designed the shirts myself. \u00a0Then I was even more\u00a0thrilled!<\/p>\n
