 Policies

 Personalized T-Shirts Production

All orders are hand produced at our state of the art facility by our well trained team in beautiful Columbus Ohio. Please note that delivery times are business days and start the day after you place your order. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and if you select one of our expedited options we will have your order delivered in the time specified. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, if it can be done we will do it.
If there is anything else we should know about you or your order please let us know by typing it into the special instructions box on the check out page. Additional locations on personalized t-shirts and clothing is only $10 per location.

 Expedited Delivery

If you need your order quickly, one of our expedited delivery options may be the way to go. We will ensure that your order is produced and shipped to arrive in the time specified. Please note that delivery times are business days and start the day after you place your order. We are not responsible for delays by our carriers but we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise. During high volume holiday seasons delivery times may vary. If you need something sent overnight for a special occasion, call our friendly customer service department at 1-800-361-8811.

 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as well as money orders and Paid by Cash www.paidbycash.com. We do not ship C.O.D. To pay for your order with a money order: 1) Select and design your customized item(s) online. 2) Print out your order with your design specifications. 3) Mail your order along with a money order in the exact total amount including shipping to: CustomizedGirl 1590 W. Mound St. Columbus, OH 43223. Don't forget the shipping cost.

 Shipping

At Customized Girl, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. Shipping is FREE for all standard orders over $50 and just $5.95 for smaller orders. We use USPS for standard deliveries and UPS or FEDEX if you choose to have your order expedited. UPS and FEDEX will not deliver to PO boxes. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 International Orders

Shipping charges on International orders are just $15.95 and are not eligible for free shipping. Standard international orders will be shipped USPS and should be expected to arrive in approximately 20 business days. We do offer two FEDEX expedited options on international orders but you will be responsible for all duties and taxes that your country may charge.

 To Place an Order

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by phone during normal business hours. There is a chance during times of high call volume all lines may be busy, please leave us a message or call back in a few minutes.

 Change to Order

We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 24 hours by either email or phone. After 24 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed.

 Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order. There will be a 25% restocking fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).

 How to Create an Account

When you place an order an account will automatically be created for you. Use your email address and password from the checkout page to log in and check your order status, save designs and uploads as well as comment on other designs in the gallery. If you would like to create an account without placing an order, simply click on the signin/signup link beside our logo. Enter your email address and a password, your account will be created.

 Licensed, Trademarked, or Patented Designs

In ordering custom printed merchandise, you the customer, in consideration and recognition of the valuable services provided you by Customized Girl, represent that all materials used in making the product will not cause the violation of any law, rule, judicial decision, regulation, franchise or similar agreements, informal or formal, oral or written relating to trademarks, ordinance, or copyrights service marks etc. A customer also represents that by commissioning the seller to produce the item, they have the full authority to purchase and to grant the rights to the seller to fabricate, manufacture, and to sell any design or product that is created. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from and against any fees, fines, penalties, losses, damages or assessments including attorney fees that are incurred by the seller to produce and sell any design or product that is created. We reserve the right to refuse production of any design we deem questionable or distasteful.

 Intellectual Property Rights

The CustomizedGirl design gallery is an internet based service provided to our customers and visitors for the purpose of creating and sharing designs. We are committed to the proper use of third party intellectual property and we prohibit our users from unauthorized use of Patent/Copyright, Trademarks and Trade Dress.
If you believe one of our users has infringed on your intellectual property, please send an email to our customer service department (customizedgirl@eretailing.com) with the following information:
  • A signed testimonial by the legal owner of alleged infringed intellectual property recognizing and confirming the ownership rights to intellectual property and that the use of said intellectual property is not authorized by its rightful owner.
  • An exact rendition of all alleged infringed intellectual property.
  • The specific location URL within CustomizedGirl where the claimed infringing content is located.
  • Your name, address, company affiliation, title, phone number and email address.
Within 1 week we will research and take appropriate actions to remove any infringing intellectual property from our site. You will be notified within the week of any and all actions take by CustomizedGirl regarding the dispute.

 Back orders & Discontinued Item

We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our products on hand, however every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or get a refund.

 Returns & Exchanges

All CustomizedGirl orders are made-to-order. As such, we will not accept a return unless the order is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. We will not accept returns based on size discrepancies or color discrepancies arising from viewing the item(s) on our website.
All orders are thoroughly examined and counted by at least two members of our production staff to ensure that item sizes (where applicable) and quantities are accurate. All items are also examined for defects prior to shipping. CustomizedGirl is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. We will not accept a returned order that has been washed or worn.
If a problem does arise with your order, please contact a customer service representative at CustomizedGirl@Eretailing.com or call 1-800-361-8811 within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please do not send items back to us without getting a Return Authorization number from us first. Items will not be accepted for return if a Return Authorization is not issued within two weeks of receipt.
