All orders are hand produced at our state of the art facility by our well trained team in beautiful Columbus Ohio. Please note that delivery times are in business days, and that for orders placed after 4PM EST, the delivery time is based on the next business day. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and if you select one of our expedited options we will have your order delivered in the time specified. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you - if it can be done we will do it.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as well as money orders and Paid by Cash www.paidbycash.com. We do not ship C.O.D. To pay for your order with a money order: 1) Select and design your customized item(s) online. 2) Print out your order with your design specifications. 3) Mail your order along with a money order in the exact total amount including shipping to: CustomizedGirl 2282 Westbrooke Dr. Columbus, OH 43228. Don't forget the shipping cost.
At Customized Girl, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. Economy shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders over $60. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. For orders shipping to APO, DPO, and FPO Addresses we cannot provide arrival estimates. Orders will usually arrive within 21 business days; however, we cannot guarantee delivery time to these addresses.
Shipping charges on International orders are just $15.95 and are not eligible for free shipping. Economy international orders will be shipped via FedEx and should be expected to arrive in approximately 10 business days. In addition, two expediting shipping options are available: Standard 8 business days $24.95 and Priority 5 business days $39.95. Shipments delivered to remote and less-accessible locations outside the U.S. as determined by our carrier, are assessed an out-of-delivery-area surcharge of $24. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes that your country may charge.
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We highly recommend that all orders are placed through our website. If you have questions, we'd be happy to walk you through the process over the phone or via our chat feature (available in the upper left of this page). To place your final order, we recommend using our design center so that you can make sure everything is exactly the way you want, including spelling, colors, etc.
To redeem coupon codes online, you must enter your coupon code in your shopping cart while checking out, don't forget to click apply. Your price will adjust with the use of a valid coupon code. Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or group discount. No adjustments on previous purchases. Coupons and promotions offered may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 6 hours by either email or phone. After 6 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed as it has begun the customization process.
Order cancellations must be done within 6 hours after placing an order. There will be a 25% restocking fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).
To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, your card will be charged the day you place your order. We will get your order started the following business day. If your order is canceled for any reason, be assured that we will initiate your refund within 24 hours. Please be aware your bank may take 5-10 business days to process the refund and credit your account.
We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our products on hand, however every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.
All prices, special offers and sale pricing appearing on the website are subject to change without prior notice. At CustomizedGirl.com we are committed to providing our customer with the best quality product at the lowest prices. We do our best to maintain the low prices you are accustom to; however, there are things beyond our control that will cause periodic price increases. We do not offer price adjustments on purchases due to changes in special offers, sale items or increase in selling price.
We stand behind our products and the custom decoration that goes into each and every item. It does not happen often, but if we do make a mistake with your order, we will replace your items immediately. Please review your design and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors (such as spelling, colors, etc) made in the Design Center. If you find a problem with your order, please contact one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 1-800-361-8811 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will promptly address the issue.
CustomizedGirl is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. Please contact the carrier for delivery problems.
