All orders are hand produced by our well trained team at our state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Columbus Ohio. When selecting your delivery option, please understand that your package will arrive on or before the date you choose. The time frames listed in that section include the time it takes to produce your order. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you - we can certainly give it our best effort.
If there is anything else we should know about you or your order please let us know by typing it into the special instructions box on the check out page. Additional locations on personalized t-shirts and clothing is only $7.50 per location.
If you need your order quickly, our Express option (3 business days) may be the way to go. We are not responsible for delays by our carriers but we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise. If you need something within one or two days, call our friendly customer service department at 1-800-361-8811 and if it is feasible, we will certainly do our best to assist you.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as well as money orders and Paid by Cash www.paidbycash.com. We do not ship C.O.D. To pay for your order with a money order: 1) Select and design your customized item(s) online. 2) Print out your order with your design specifications. 3) Mail your order along with a money order in the exact total amount including shipping to: CustomizedGirl 2282 Westbrooke Dr. Columbus, OH 43228. Don't forget the shipping cost.
At Customized Girl, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. Economy shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders over $60. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. For orders shipping to APO, DPO, and FPO Addresses we cannot provide arrival estimates. Orders will usually arrive within 21 business days; however, we cannot guarantee delivery time to these addresses. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a fee of $11.22 will be charged to reship the package. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Shipping charges on International orders are as low as $5.95 and are not eligible for free shipping. Please visit our International Shipping FAQ for more details. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes that your country may charge.
To Place an Order
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We highly recommend that all orders are placed through our website. If you have questions, we'd be happy to walk you through the process over the phone or via our chat feature (available in the header of this page). To place your final order, we recommend using our design center so that you can make sure everything is exactly the way you want, including spelling, colors, etc.
Coupons and Promotions
To redeem coupon codes online, you must enter your coupon code in your shopping cart while checking out. You will find the promo code field on the lower left part of the page, just below your last item. Don't forget to click apply. Your price will adjust with the use of a valid coupon code. Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or group discount. No adjustments on previous purchases. Coupons and promotions offered may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Change to Order
We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 1 hour by either email or phone. After 1 hour we can not guarantee your order can be changed as it has begun the customization process.
Order cancellations must be done within 1 hour after placing an order. There will be a 25% restocking fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded). To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, your card will be charged the day you place your order. We will get your order started the following business day. If your order is canceled for any reason, be assured that we will initiate your refund within 24 hours. Please be aware your bank may take 5-10 business days to process the refund and credit your account.
School Purchase Orders
If you want to place an order for a school via purchase order, please follow these steps:
Please note, orders will not proceed with processing until the PO is received. One business day will be added to your Shipment Received Date to account for each additional business day between the time your order is placed and when the faxed Purchase Order is received. Once you have an authorized account, you can continue to use School POs without needing to email first. You will need to fax your PO for each new order.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you would like to checkout using a School Purchase Order. Our Customer Service representatives will respond with further instructions including the following...
- We will ask for the email address associated with your Customized Girl account. We will then authorize that account which will allow you to place orders using a School PO.
- Sign in to this account and create your designs. If you like, you can click on the save button in the design center and save your design for future use. Or you can go ahead and add the design to your cart and continue with the checkout process.
- On the checkout page, under Payment, choose I have a Schol PO and enter your PO number. Please use your school's information in the billing section.
- Complete the checkout process. This will generate an order number.
- You will need to send us your School PO by fax. Our fax number is 614-334-0185.
Back orders & Discontinued Items
We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our products on hand, however every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.
All prices, special offers and sale pricing appearing on the website are subject to change without prior notice. At CustomizedGirl.com we are committed to providing our customer with the best quality product at the lowest prices. We do our best to maintain the low prices you are accustom to; however, there are things beyond our control that will cause periodic price increases. We do not offer price adjustments on purchases due to changes in special offers, sale items or increase in selling price.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to make you happy. Although it is rare, if we do make a mistake with your order, we will reprint it or issue a refund immediately. If you are not satisfied with your item, contact us within 30 days. We examine every issue on a case-by-case basis and we'll do what it takes to make you happy. Please email our friendly customer service department at email@example.com and provide a brief explanation. We're always trying to get better at everything we do, and your feedback is extremely valuable. If you think it's a print issue, we'd love the chance to prove that we can knock your socks off. Please remember to review your design and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. Under certain circumstances we might ask you to return your items in order to receive a refund. We do not cover the cost of shipping.
