Welcome to the 2018 Customized Girl Scholarship! This is now the 6th year of our scholarship.

We are giving 5 winners $500 each.

All you need to do is follow a few simple steps, tweet at us, and submit a short (140 character max) statement. See more info below.

Custom Shirts with Big, Bold Text
Why did we launch a scholarship?

We started out selling custom t-shirts, but we've evolved into a community of statement makers. It is empowering to make a custom shirt and to wear that statement across your chest. Launching a scholarship is the next step in empowering a new generation.

Custom Pink Raglan Tees
What can you win?

$500. There will be five winners this year, and each winner will receive $500.

Custom Black T-Shirts
Important dates?

All entries are due by Dec 31, 2018. The winner will be announced January 31, 2019.

We do this every year, so even if you don't win, you can come back again. (Unless you graduated, in which case... congratulations, graduate!)

Custom Performance Tanks
1. Write a tweet.

We want to hear your original and unique statement. One that you want to share with the world. What would you wear on your chest? It doesn't have to be serious. In fact, silly might be better.

You just have to include this link (which, by the way, is a link to this very page):

Custom Neon Crop Tanks
2. Fill out a form.

Fill out this short form powered by Google Forms. Include your statement.

Custom Racerback Jersey Tanks
3. Tweet at us.

Send us that tweet! Tag us @CustomizedGirl. Include the bitly link to this page: - That's it!

How is the scholarship judged?

We have a panel of unbiased judges selecting the winner. The judges are looking for a statement that is interesting, fun, and clever. Just make your statement. Be original. Be unique. You'll do great.

Is this only for girls?

Not anymore. It used to be. We are Customized Girl after all. But we decided to open it up to everyone.

Can I apply as a high school student, grad student, etc?

Here's how we see it: if you're paying for your education (or will be paying for it in the immediate future), then this scholarship is for you. High school students should have plans to attend or apply to colleges.

The form has fields for the name of your college and your major. If you're not completely sure yet, just say "Not totally sure, but I plan to..." and give us an idea of your plans.

I don't use Twitter and for a variety of reasons, I cannot create an account. What do I do?

You can still apply. In the scholarship form, include a note about not using Twitter.

What if I have more questions?

Email us and include "Scholarship" in the subject line:

Hopefully, we've answered all your questions on this page. If you're still not sure about something, our best advice is this: fill out the scholarship form, and feel free to include any questions or concerns in the form itself.
