Sweetest Day was first celebrated in Cleveland, Ohio on October 8, 1921. It was later picked up by other big cities such as New York City, who started celebrating the holiday in 1922. Sweetest Day is often referred to as Valentine’s Day in October! Today it is most commonly celebrated by the giving of small gifts, such as gift cards, candy, and flowers to loved ones. Many people also celebrate by dedicating their days and nights to their loved ones and by going out on romantic dates.

Hey Everyone! We have some exciting new changes to share with you about the Customized Girl Design Sharing Application on Facebook! We’ve now made it even easier for you to share your designs with your friends and family and now you can have them customize it as well!
If you aren’t sure how to share your designs on Facebook read this article.
Click Post to Facebook from the community gallery and this box will appear to allow you to publish the design to Facebook.
Tell your friends and family to either Customize It or Buy It and they will be directed back to Customized Girl!
It’s that easy. We had a lot of requests from all of you to make this change and we really appreciate the feedback. Now it should be easier than ever for you to create a design and share it with all of your friends. The customize it feature will make it even easier for you to share your designs with your softball teammates, bachelorette party, or party in general. Now they can just come to your Facebook page, click the “Customize It” link and they can customize the t-shirt to their exact preference. Thanks again everyone for the feedback now get out there and share where your friends!
We have some exciting news for all of our Facebook Fans! We are going to start running a weekly contest for CG Girl of the Week. All you have to do to enter is Become a Fan of CG on Facebook then post a picture or video of yourself in your Customized Girl gear and tell us what your favorite part of your design is. It’s that simple.
To post a video or a picture on the Customized Girl Facebook Page just click on the “post photo” or “post video” icon.
If you are posting a picture make sure to type your story in the text box before you click on the “share” button. If you are posting a video, no need to worry about it just make sure you cover your story in the video that you shoot.
To vote for someone’s story just simply click on the “like” button under their posting.

Hey Everyone! We have some really exciting news to share with all of you! Today we officially launched the Customized Girl Facebook Application! Now it is easier than ever to share the clothing you design on Customized Girl with all of your friends and family. There are two ways to share a design with your friends on Facebook.
Create your Design and then click the “Save Design” Button
Then on the save screen check the “Post to Facebook” box and click save. Check to see that it posted to Facebook and you’re all set!
Click on the design and then select “post to facebook”
After you have clicked Post to Facebook you will be prompted to sign into Facebook if you are not already signed in. Enter your Sign in information and continue.
Click Publish and your design will be sent to Facebook.
Check your Facebook Wall and you’ll see that it’s Posted!
Enjoy designing your shirts and sharing them with your friends and family on Facebook with Customized Girl!
By popular demand we have also added the feature to post a design to Facebook right inside the community gallery! Just click “Post to Facebook” under the design image in the community gallery to share with your friends and family.
