Further Customize Your Shirts!

At Customized Girl, we allow you to customize your shirts just about any way you’d like. However, sometimes you want to give your shirts an extra personal touch, which is a great way to make your items that much more unique. Here are some customers who added their own handiwork to our shirts:

Jenn ordered our Unisex Basic Gildan Ultra Cotton Crew Neck Tee for her entire family. The girls further customized their shirts by cutting out the neck for a cute off-the-shoulder look.

We decided to create this design because we are a rather large family and rented a house in Scituate, Ma. for the week of the 4th of July. Every year there is a huge bon fire and fireworks and we all wanted something to unify us as a family. It was a great way of creating something that we can keep forever! –Jenn

This roller derby team bought Misses Relaxed Fit Basic Gildan Ultra Cotton Tees and each customized in their own way, either by cutting them apart or adding ribbon.

Elsa purchased our Junior Fit Bella Sheer Longer Length Rib Tank Top featuring her band’s logo and then added her own lace and rivets for a really cool look.

Thank you so much for the fantastic print job on my band’s shirt!!! Will order more, for sure! I customized it even further with red lace & rivets! Y’all rock!!! –Elsa

These ladies ordered a variety of Junior Fit Basic Bella Favorite Tees and Junior Fit Basic Bella 2×1 Rib Tank Tops. A couple of them decided to do some extra customizing by creating off-the-shoulder tees.

Jennifer bought Youth Basic Gildan Ultra Cotton Crew Neck Tees for her twin daughters’ birthday party and then tie dyed them. How fun!

It was my twin daughters, Megan & Brenna’s 8th birthday party. Instead of giving away gift bags, we decided to make up a tshirt. Fortunately your prices really made it easy to do. By the time I would have but a gift bag together it would have cost the same or more than the t-shirt! We designed the shirts, then to add some color, we tie dyed them all different colors. To add to the party atmosphere we hung all the shirts around our pool as decorations. Here are some photos of the shirts, and the kids! Everyone LOVED the idea of the t-shirt instead of the goodie bag, and I think all the kids loved their new shirts. –Jennifer

Custom Group Shirts! CG Fan Spotlight, The Sprinkle Girls.

Happy Holidays CG Fans! This week we wanted to give a special shout out to some of our amazing fans, The Sprinkle Girls! Here is their story that was sent to us by Charlene:

“Sprinkle Girls Rock! Was inspired by a group of sisters (Sprinkle’s) approximately four years ago. As a family we decided to get together during a local college homecoming (South Carolina State University) to tailgate/ fellowship with family and friends. It was the third year,  we decided that all the women wear “pink” t-shirts  to help support Breast Cancer Awareness!  That was a very successful year, so this year a sister came up with the theme “Sprinkle Girls Rock!”

We came together collectively on the colors and decided to represent Breast Cancer Awareness, again this  year. I decided that we use Customized Girls to make these beautiful shirts. I designed them and Customized Girls made it a reality for the Sprinkle girls. We decided after this year event to make this group official, we are now the Sprinkle Girls Rock Social Club. Inspiring women young and old about health, leadership and education. By supporting our community of women, it will help them to continue to be successful and become successful in society.  We can pass this wealth of information down from generation to generations. At the same time will wanted to recognized and contribute to Breast Cancer Awareness. We all are looking forward to 2012!”

Custom Shirts (and more) for Groups!

Customized Girl is very pleased to announce a new group discount structure on our most popular items!

We are now offering very steep discounts starting at 6 items.  As an example, if you are buying 12 basic tees, the price will drop from $16 to $14 each. At 24, the price drops to $10. At 36, it is $9.  And at 48, the price will be cut in half, to only $8 a shirt.

We’re increasing our group discounts because we’re in a battle with screen printers, and we want to win. This has very interesting, and indeed joyous, results for our customers.

The fact is, we don’t screen print. We can give our customers more flexibility and more options and the same level of quality by using direct-to-garment digital printing.  But we offering are custom apparel at screen printers prices (which, by the way, is something completely new in the custom apparel industry) and in doing so we are creating some incredible deals for our customers.  Let us explain…

  1. Our discounts start at 6 items. This means you can add any six items, featuring any six designs, and you will see a discount in your cart. It doesn’t matter if your items match or if your designs match, we’ll still give you the discount. Screen printers cannot operate this way, because there are a lot of set up costs for each screen. You need to get the same design on items of the same size. But not at Customized Girl. If you want to personalize each shirt with each person’s name (or funny nickname), it’s no problem for us.
  2. Add as many colors as you want, it won’t cost a dime more. This means you can add full-color art from our enormous library. You can upload full-color photographs. You can add ten different text colors.  For screen printers, each new color means a new screen, so the price goes up quickly. Since our group pricing is now set up to compete with one or two color screen print pricing, the result is that you can get full color custom shirts at high quantities for incredible discounts.
  3. No minimums.  Our process is the same if you order 1 item or 100 items, so we are happy to offer great prices for just one item.
  4. No set up fees. Because we’re not using screens, there is no set up!

Fun fact about popular items only: the discount increases at every integer. Buying 7 items gives you a bigger discount percentage than buying 6. 8 items is better than 7, and so on, all the way to 48.

Fun fact about all items: each item on our site is divided into “popular items” and, uh, let’s just say “everything else”. Each item is discounted based on which category it falls into.  Let’s say you buy 3 popular items and 3 everything else items. Together, your order qualifies for the 6 item group discount. The 6 item discount for your popular items will be 6.2%.  The 6 item discount for your everything else items will be 5%. Cool?
